Appointment Desk $99 - If you are getting many calls from Agents who would like to view your property with their clients, let our Appointment Desk Service do the work for you. We will confirm all requests with you and the Agent. You will receive a detailed log of all requests, confirmations and non-confirmations via telephone and/or email. Your appointment schedule can be customized to fit your calendar. (Available in GTA Only)
Lockbox $99 - If you would like to allow Agents with Buyers to view your property when you are not home, this combined with the Appointment Desk Service is very efficient. The Lockbox is a safe and secure "key safe". The code is only released to other Realtor members and we are all licensed and insured by law. Never miss a showing request.
Slide Show and Virtual Tour $99 - Have more than 9 Photos and showcase your property with up to 48 supplied photos.
Market Evaluation Report including Past and Current Sales in your Neighborhood or Building $149 - Pricing it right is crucial to a succesful sale. Daily email updates of all MLS sales activity is included as well as a detailed historical sales report in the previous 6 months.
Interboard Listing $199 - If your property is located outside the GTA in an area that has it's own Real Estate Board, increase exposure to local Agents with Buyers by listing on your local Board as well. This service is available in most of Ontario.
For Sale Sign $99 - Have a professional Lawn Sign installed in front of your property to attract attention. All Inquires are forwarded to you.
